Quality Policy

The objective of HUN-IDA Nonprofit Co. is to provide fast, accurate and professional services to its partners and satisfy demand at a high level. It is extremely important for us to see our partners satisfied with the services we provide. Our principal endeavour is to successfully participate in the performance of Hungary’s aid policy.

To this end, the management and every employee of HUN-IDA Nonprofit Co. is committed to quality, and the constant improvement of the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. Our quality-related goals and policy are regularly revised for suitability and disclosed in the framework of training courses. When the work performed by our staff members is evaluated, special attention is paid to their contribution to the successful implementation and development of the quality assurance system.

The management of HUN-IDA Nonprofit Co. sets great store to the careful training of its staff members, they are constantly urged to participate in training courses. For us, quality means clearly defined, regulated, transparent and controllable work processes, which allow us provide the services our partners expect of us.
